2. Delivery Options and Charges:

  • We offer the following delivery options:

    • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service is available during our regular business hours. Delivery charges may apply based on your location, distance, and order size. The delivery fee will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

    • Express Delivery: If you require your order to be delivered urgently or outside of our business , we may offer an express delivery option, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply, and the delivery time will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

 

3. Delivery Timeframe:

  • Our standard delivery timeframe is typically within 24 to 48 business hours after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

  • For express delivery requests, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on your location and our current workload. Please note that this may be subject to change depending on unforeseen circumstances or traffic conditions.

 

4. Delivery Process:

  • Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Here's what you can expect:

  • Prior to delivery, we will carefully prepare your order to maintain its quality and freshness.

  • Our delivery personnel will transport your order with care to avoid any damage or mishandling.

  • We will coordinate with you to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery or arrange for an alternative delivery location.
