How do I schedule a consultation?Start by filling out the inquiry form, providing as much details as possible. After your form is received and processed, we will contact you within 3 business days. Note: We can schedule a year in advance for weddings and major events. All details must be confirmed four weeks prior to your event.

How do I schedule a tasting?Once we reply to your inquiry form, you will be invited to either a virtual or in-person consultation. At that time, you will be offered the opportunity to attend a cake tasting (max 2 people). We can also offer to travel to your location (within Central Manchester) for a $5000 fee. Tasting is scheduled once monthly; Saturday or Sunday. Appointments are usually one hour long and will include cake designing, tasting, flavour selection, pricing, and discussing other important details. Tasting is complimentary to wedding clients only with minimum spending of $100,000 JMD.

How do I secure services with Frosted by Danielle Plummer?In order for us to hold your event date, we require a signed contract (provided at tasting) and 60% non-refundable retainer deposit for cake services at time of consultation and/or tasting. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event.

Is the nonrefundable retainer deposit applied to my overall balance?Yes, the retainer will be applied to your final balance.

Do you facilitate rush orders?Yes, rush orders are those placed less than 14 business days ahead of the desired pick up/ delivery date. Complete payments are required during consultation.

What’s the cost for my cake?Several factors are used to determine the final cost of a custom cake such as flavor/ type of cake, finishing selected, fillings, embellishments and number of servings required. We highly encourage all wedding clients to schedule a cake consultation and tasting to discuss details of your event and build a customized quote.

What areas do you serve?Frosted by Danielle Plummer is based in Manchester (Jamaica) however, we are happy to travel to other Parishes across the Island at an additional cost upon request.

What are your delivery fees?Delivery fees are assessed at $500/mile for wedding and special events within Manchester. Venues outside of Manchester will be assessed and additional charges applied (quoted during consultation).

Are there Gluten/Soy/Dairy/Nut Free options?Currently we cannot guarantee the exclusion of the above allergens in any of our cakes.

What methods of payment do you accept?Local transfer options include Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotia) ,National Commercial Bank (NCB) & Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Transfers within the US include; Zelle, Remittance services such as money gram and Bank of American transfers.

Do you sell small treats?Yes. Currently, we do offer cupcakes, cake pops and cakecicles (minimum of 24 order required)
