Introduction

Frosted by Danielle Plummer is a home-based bakery and design studio located in Manchester, Jamaica. We specialize in premium custom cakes and treats for all occasions.

Orders

To place an order, please contact us through our website, phone or email. We require at least one month's notice for custom cake orders and one weeks’ notice for treat orders. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Payment

We accept payment through cash or online transfer as well as remittance services (overseas clients). For custom cake orders, we require a 60% non refundable retainer at the time of date availability confirmation, with the balance due at least 14 business days before pickup or delivery.  For treat orders, full payment is required at the time of date availability confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

A 60% non refundable retainer or more of the total cost of the order confirms and holds a reservation. The deposit is refundable in full 30 or more days before the event minus a $5000 transaction fee for consultation services rendered. The remainder of payment is due no later than 14 business days before the event. Late or no payment is subject to cancellation. Late payments may result in substitutions or modifications to the original order. Cancellations received on or within 14 days of the event may not be subject to refund. Design change requests are subject to additional fees. Design changes are not permitted within 30 days of the event. Frosted by Danielle Plummer reserves the right to exercise artistic license in order to guarantee the structural and visual integrity of each product created. For treat orders, there is a strict “no cancellation and refund” policy.

Delivery

We offer delivery services throughout Jamaica, for a fee. Delivery fees will vary depending on the location. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring someone is present to receive the order. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after delivery. Frosted by Danielle Plummer reserves the right to decline any delivery service requested.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We take allergies and dietary requirements very seriously and make every effort to accommodate them. However, please note that our products may contain or come into contact with allergens, and we cannot guarantee that they are free from allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should inform us at the time of order placement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media pages, including text, images, and designs, are the property of Frosted by Danielle Plummer and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
